Skincare Tip Tuesday

Good morning everyone,
I’m starting this week off with 3 tips to practice with your skincare at home.

  1. Make sure if you notice your breaking out to look at your pillowcase, swapping this out each week will help your skin breath at night and recover from the day.
  2. As we move toward warmer weather make sure you are using an all-natural SPF for protection from sun exposure!
  3. Exfoliate! Bring up those fresh new skin cells with a gentle exfoliator and this will help with the plumpness and suppleness of your skin.
